NUVIA CZ supports Ukrainian NPP safety

NUVIA has just completed a contract started in 2018 for a global program, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and EURATOM, to increase the safety of NPP in Ukraine.

As the leader of the consortium established with a local partner, NUVIA supervised the modernization program of the main safety systems of each power plant, including the reactor building and the turbine hall.
This project was completed in December with the dispatch of a final convoy of trucks loaded with technical equipment to the South Ukrainian NPP.
In total, and for the entire program, more than 20 trucks loaded with 800 boxes of equipment took to the road to southern Ukraine with nearly 200 tons of equipment on board.
An operation which is in perfect alignment with NUVIA’s Company purpose: Whatever it takes to build a safer, cleaner and sustainable world.
